A Note About Nature: Palmetto Bugs Our home is located in a beautiful beachside area where warm weather and humidity are part of the charm—and so is the local wildlife. While we have regular professional pest control in place and keep the property thoroughly clean, occasional sightings of palmetto bugs (large outdoor cockroaches common in coastal regions) may happen. They are not a reflection of cleanliness, but rather a part of life near the coast. We do our best to prevent their entry, but we want to set clear expectations in case you encounter one during your stay. 📌 Important Notes 🚭 No smoking 🐾 No pets allowed 🚫 No parties or large gatherings 👤 Must be 25+ to book 🚶♂️ Located on the 2nd floor (stairs required – no elevator) This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. You’ll be surrounded by beautiful golf courses, walking paths, and scenic water views while being just minutes from Barefoot Landing, where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, live entertainment, and nightlife. The beach is a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both resort-style living and the best of the Grand Strand.
Guest Access
Keyless self-check-in for a seamless, hassle-free arrival. You’ll enjoy private, secure access to the property through our keypad smart lock. Your unique entry code will be sent before check-in, allowing you to arrive anytime after 4 PM without needing to meet anyone or pick up keys. Enjoy full access to the home, including the living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private balcony. Parking information and building access instructions will also be provided prior to your arrival for a smooth check-in experience. Guests have full, private access to the entire condo, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, and a private balcony with peaceful water and golf views. You’ll also enjoy access to River Crossing’s resort-style pool and community amenities inside the gated Barefoot Resort. Free parking is available in the lot just outside the building.
