A Note About Nature: Palmetto Bugs Our home is located in a beautiful beachside area where warm weather and humidity are part of the charm—and so is the local wildlife. While we have regular professional pest control in place and keep the property thoroughly clean, occasional sightings of palmetto bugs (large outdoor cockroaches common in coastal regions) may happen. They are not a reflection of cleanliness, but rather a part of life near the coast. We do our best to prevent their entry, but we want to set clear expectations in case you encounter one during your stay. CLEANING & SANITIZATION Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process before each check-in. - Self check-in anytime after 4:00p on the date of your arrival. - Check-out anytime before 10:00a on the date of your departure. - Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician to be allowed to enter the condo to spray during these times and guest will be expected to allow entrance to unit. This is for your protection and the protection of future guests and our Condo. South Carolina is a warm state and because of that, there are insects that seek shelter in homes. - The unit will have clean linens and towels upon arrival, as well as toiletries (ie soap and shampoo) Guest will be responsible for additional supplies. - There is a Washer/Dryer stackable machine in the unit, you will need your own detergent. Please clean out lint trap after every use. PLEASE NOTE: We do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, parking lots, grounds etc. Remember to bring Beach towels and golf clubs and any other item you may need to enjoy your stay and the activities the resort and Myrtle Beach have to offer. - Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If problems arise we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no management on site 24/7. - Feel free to contact us with any additional questions you might have. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Cute, place to lay your hat, comfortable two bedroom with lots of space comfortable beds and enough kitchen to do what you want to do But!!! Not needed there's plenty of great restaurants to choose from in the area. Beach was beautiful and the weather got warmer each day we stayed. We're back to the area next year for baseball so if available we'll stay at the cute cottage/condo by the sea....

10/10 we would definitely stay here again! Beautiful space and area, very conveniently located, close to everything but quiet and private still. We had a very enjoyable stay here, very helpful owners and everything was so clean. Just a great experience overall, highly recommend!

These place Andrew has listed in Myrtle Beach was an amazing place to stay it was affordable it was beautiful there were plenty of place to eat within 2-8 mins of the place. Me, my wife and kid walk to the beach from our place has a nice walk way to the beach and not many others to bother you when you do get on the beach. Andrew is very friendly very flexible we even extended our stay one more day because he let us and made it easy to do so and the place was just so great we had to stay another day. We also ran into the cleaning lady on our way out and she was super friendly very professional and we could tell when we got there she does a spectacular job. The place is just as it is in the photos it’s spacious but yet feeling cozy and the view from the porch was wonderful we could watch the waves crash against the shore and watch the sunrise and sunset it was a truly amazing experience! Ps. Thanks again Andrew!!!!
