A Note About Nature: Palmetto Bugs Our home is located in a beautiful beachside area where warm weather and humidity are part of the charm—and so is the local wildlife. While we have regular professional pest control in place and keep the property thoroughly clean, occasional sightings of palmetto bugs (large outdoor cockroaches common in coastal regions) may happen. They are not a reflection of cleanliness, but rather a part of life near the coast. We do our best to prevent their entry, but we want to set clear expectations in case you encounter one during your stay. 🧽 Professionally cleaned before each stay 🚫 No pets, no smoking ⏰ Check-in: after 4 PM | Check-out: by 10 AM 🛡️ ID verification + rental agreement required 🔐 $1500 hold OR optional $49 damage waiver Please note: The doorbell uses a Google Nest camera, for security and to make sure check-ins go smoothly.
