The home also offers central heating & dual-zone AC, an electric fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen for a stress-free stay.

🐾 Pet-Friendly Up to 2 dogs allowed (must be crated when alone). A small pet fee may apply. 🚫 House Rules • No smoking • No unauthorized overnight guests • No large or loud parties Quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood is a must. Early check-in and late check-out may be available if cleaning schedules allow. A signed rental agreement may be required for all reservations. You as the guest agree that reservations without a signed rental agreement are subject to cancellation and will adhere to the cancellation policy. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
