A Note About Nature: Palmetto Bugs Our home is located in a beautiful beachside area where warm weather and humidity are part of the charm—and so is the local wildlife. While we have regular professional pest control in place and keep the property thoroughly clean, occasional sightings of palmetto bugs (large outdoor cockroaches common in coastal regions) may happen. They are not a reflection of cleanliness, but rather a part of life near the coast. We do our best to prevent their entry, but we want to set clear expectations in case you encounter one during your stay. You will have access to the small community pool that is located on the property, to the rear of the building. We do provide beach items including a small cooler, 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys to use at your own discretion and liability. There will be additional fees incurred at owners discretion for missing and/or damaged items. **PARKING** There is free parking; maximum height for vehicles is 6'6" and spaces are very tight. There are also two oversized vehicle parking spots in the front of building but they are not guaranteed to be available . This property follows local compliance requirements including a rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1000 security hold (pending only, not a charge). Prefer not to place a hold? You can opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver instead (plus $3/day after 10 nights).
