Welcome to Saltalino Beach/Golf Villa! We provide a Welcome Book at the Villa containing our House Rules, Regulations, and helpful local information to ensure you have a seamless stay. Please Note: Our villa is uniquely spacious—featuring a larger square footage than most units in the River Oaks Community. It boasts two separate sliding glass door access points leading directly to the screened-in balcony overlooking the golf course. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. (Parties wishing to accommodate more than 6 guests must obtain prior consent, and extra fees may apply.) 🛏️ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ✦ Master Bedroom: Features a plush King mattress with premium linens, a ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, a closet, a dresser, a full-length hanging door mirror, and a luggage holder. 🚫 COMMUNITY & HOUSE RULES Our villa is located in the peaceful River Oaks Community. Please respect our neighbors and HOA guidelines: 🛗 No Elevators: This unit is a 3rd-floor walk-up (stairs only). Please keep this in mind for luggage and mobility needs. 🤫 Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the villa and on the balcony. 🐾 No Pets: Guest pets are not permitted. Please note that full-time resident owners live in the complex year-round and may have leashed pets on the property. 🚗 Vehicle Restrictions: Per HOA rules, no motorcycles, commercial vehicles, trailers, campers, or RVs are allowed on the premises. 🪳 Routine Pest Control: Routine pest control visits are an HOA requirement. We will notify you of any scheduled visits upon check-in. 🎉 CELEBRATIONS & EXTRA ACCOMMODATIONS Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties: We happily welcome groups celebrating their upcoming weddings!
