Unauthorized guests are not allowed. 🔕 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and HOA community rules. 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. 🚗 No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted anywhere on the property. 🧻 We provide starter supplies only, including basic toiletries and paper products. Additional supplies will need to be purchased by guests during their stay. 🔞 Primary renter must be 25 years old or older. ⚠️ For safety and HOA compliance, please do not sit or climb on balcony railings and do not hang towels, clothing, or other items on the balcony, as this may result in HOA violations and fines. Security & Guest Verification This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1000 refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Guest Portal We use Happy Guest, a secure, user-friendly guest portal where you can access your rental agreement, check-in details, and a comprehensive local guide with dining options, activities, and recommendations. No app download is required.
