Parking is available in front of the building or in the parking garage diagonally across the street. No street parking. • Resort amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river with tubes, sitting areas, and direct beach access. • Streaming apps are available on the Smart TVs; guests must use their own accounts and log out before departure. • Wi-Fi is provided through the building/HOA. • Resort amenities and common areas are shared with other guests and residents. HOUSE RULES: 🐾 We love pets, but they’re not allowed here. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 cleaning fee. 🎉 No parties or events.
