If you have any questions at any time, we’re always just a message away. 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM • Check-out: By 10:00 AM 📄 Rental Agreement & Guest Verification To comply with local regulations and protect both guests and homeowners, all reservations require: • A signed rental agreement • ID verification • A security hold (not a charge — just a temporary pending authorization) If you prefer, you may choose a damage waiver instead of the security hold: • $49 for stays up to 10 nights • +$3 per additional night after 10 nights (The damage waiver is optional and non-refundable.) Reservations that do not complete this process may be subject to cancellation in accordance with the booking’s cancellation policy. 🔐 Easy & Secure Process We use Happy Guest, a secure and simple online guest portal (no app required).
